A sneak preview of the RAND 2018-2019 formative feedback reports was recently released, and we wanted to share some of the glows before your site receives its full report.

In 2018-2019,
- Ninety-two percent of school day and out-of-school time (OST) staff across PSELI Phase 1 sites reported that SEL professional development experiences changed the way they interact with students.
- Ninety-five percent of school day and OST staff across PSELI Phase 1 sites reported they believe teachers/staff in their school feel responsible for promoting students’ social and emotional skills.
- Ninety-seven percent of school day and OST staff across PSELI Phase 1 sites reported feeling confident they can help students develop social and emotional competencies.
