Equity Statement

Prime Time Palm Beach County remains committed to providing equitable services that help our children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

As a learning and teaching organization, we work to amplify historically marginalized voices in our community. It is up to us to examine our policies, practices, and beliefs to eradicate racism in all its oppressive forms.

We know that increasing equity in our homes, learning spaces, workplace and the broader community will help create a better world and brighter future for children and youth.

Our children and our communities are watching. We are acting in collaboration with community partners to shift our systems and practices toward more equitable spaces locally, regionally, and nationally.

Prime Time Palm Beach County stands in solidarity with the Black community and is committed to fighting for racial justice.

Our community, nation and the world are in pain because of relentless acts of racism and police brutality committed against Black people across this country. As our nation confronts social and political unrest in the aftermath of the brutal murder of George Floyd and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Prime Time Palm Beach County remains committed to providing the services that help our children thrive socially, emotionally and academically. Our children are watching. As a learning and teaching organization, we will continue to examine our own practices and beliefs to push against racism and expose the poison that it is. We know that greater equity in our homes, learning spaces, workplace and broader community is what will help create a better world and brighter future for children and youth.
