Your input helps to improve Prime Time’s services and better support you. You help us understand what works and what you and your youth need in order to succeed.
Confidentiality
Your responses will be confidential and anonymous. Prime Time will request your name and contact information in order to award your gift card. However, in our secure, password-protected files, your name and contact information will NOT be stored together with your responses to other questions. No Prime Time staff other than limited research staff will have access to your responses.
