Highlight Your Professional and Educational Achievements

Become a part of Prime Time's Out-of-School Time (OST) Registry so your professional and educational achievements are organized in an easy-to-read format. As registry members, afterschool professionals will have the ability to register for trainings, apply online for Prime Time scholarships and ACHIEVE Out-of-School Time incentives.

Additionally, participants will be able to submit updates as they obtain professional development through Prime Time or other local, regional and national educational entities and conferences. Membership in the Out-of-School Time Registry is mandatory for all QIS sites. Participants must attend an orientation, complete an application for membership and submit supporting documents for registry verification. The OST Registry orientation may be scheduled online, in person or on-site for practitioner convenience.

Join the OST Registry

Step 1: Attend and complete the orientation. Orientation may be completed in three different ways:

Self-paced online session- This online, self-guided session will take you through modules to complete the orientation in approximately 15 minutes. This option allows you to start immediately.
At your site -  Schedule an orientation at your program so that your staff can join the registry all together at one time.
Live online session- This online orientation is led by our registry coach and uses the ZOOM platform. You will complete the orientation and application as well as obtain assistance with the process.

Step 2: Create Your Registry Account

At the end of the orientation, you will be provided with a link to the Registry Application to create your account. Creating your Registry account takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.

If you already have a Registry Account and an ID number, you can do the following:

Obtain a copy of your registry transcript, please click here. (Your transcript will be emailed to you within 48 hours.)
Upload documentation (transcripts, certificates, etc.) to be added to your registry record, please click here. (password required)
Apply for ACHIEVE, please click here. (Registry ID and password required)
Apply for a scholarship, please click here. (password required)
