Stefania Giannella
Stefania earned a master’s degree and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, specializing in improving workplace productivity, engagement and organizational effectiveness. She has worked extensively in afterschool and youth development settings conducting both qualitative studies related to youth psychological engagement in high quality settings and psychometric evaluations of data from a wide range of measures focused on program quality and child outcomes. Stefania is a storyteller who utilizes both ethnographic and quantitative methods to create compelling narratives. She is also a volunteer mentor for college students through the National Society of Leadership and Success. Outside of work, Stefania enjoys reading, fashion, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
