Junior Beauzier

With more than 10 years of experience in the fields of afterschool programming, recreation and youth development, Junior uses his strong managerial skills and a solid background in staff development and program implementation to assess, plan, implement and improve services and support to targeted afterschool programs and expanded learning opportunity providers (ELOs) in Palm Beach County. As a former program director, he maintained quality in his programs while implementing restorative practices, which are methods used to resolve conflict and prevent bullying. He takes these experiences and brings them to the Prime Time team. Junior earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Lynn University, possesses a Director’s Credential and was nominated for The Exceptional Achievement Award in 2017.
