Professional Development

Gillian Dwyer Pridgen is a professional development specialist with a focus on middle and high school teens. She is an experienced educator and has a strong background in school leadership, instructional support, and conflict resolution. She has more than 15 years of experience in K–12 education, including roles as Assistant Director and Social Studies Teacher. Gillian specializes in faculty training, student support planning, crisis management, and collaborative work with district teams on IEP goals and student services.

Her earlier career as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and litigation paralegal strengthens her communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Gillian holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Barry University, and certifications in play therapy and mediation.
