Quality Improvement

Daniel Hudspeth has been dedicated to the out-of-school-time (OST) field since 2011, when he discovered his passion for helping programs create meaningful experiences for children and youth. As Quality Improvement Initiative project manager at Prime Time, he partners with program leaders and staff across Palm Beach and Martin counties to provide coaching and technical assistance that support continuous quality improvement and strengthen learning environments. Throughout his career, Daniel has served in a variety of roles, including afterschool site director for the School District of Palm Beach County, where he gained firsthand experience leading and supporting high-quality programs. In 2023, he earned his Certified Professional Coach credential, further strengthening his ability to empower leaders and teams through reflective, strengths-based coaching. Daniel holds a School-Age Professional Certificate, a Youth Development Certificate and an associate degree, and he is pursuing a bachelor's degree. He is passionate about developing leaders, fostering collaboration and helping youth-serving professionals make a lasting impact in their communities.
