Listening with Empathy – VIRTUAL

Do you want to learn how to listen actively to youth in your program? During this interactive training, you will practice strategies that will help you listen to youth with empathy so that they feel heard and develop a sense of belonging in your program.  

Upon successful completion of this training, the participant will earn 1.5 clock hours (.2 CEUs) of training. 

Training Objectives 

Participants will: 

  1. Define the concept of active listening. 
  2. Practice strategies for listening with empathy.
