Prime Time Offers STEAM Opportunities in Out-of-School Time Programs

Bring STEAM to Your Afterschool Program this Fall

This fall Prime Time's STEAM training series will be back and better than ever! Participants will learn and practice engaging activities that explore the worlds of science, technology, engineering, arts and math. This series will boost practitioners’ confidence in science knowledge, demonstrates activities that link youth development strategies and intentional STEAM learning opportunities and guides participants in implementing STEAM in their program that is easy and effective. All participants receive trainer observations and coaching/feedback sessions

CEUs: Upon successful completion of this training, the participant will earn 20 clock hours (2 CEUs) of training.

Incentive: STEAM resource pack (value $100) upon successful completion.

Stipend: $180 for the successful completion of the training series in its entirety.

STEAM Training Schedule

All cohort trainings are scheduled for the following Fridays from 9:00-11:00 a.m.

  • STEAM 1: Friday, October 4, 2024 *IN-PERSON*
  • STEAM 2: Friday, October 11, 2024
  • STEAM 3: Friday, October 25, 2024 *IN-PERSON*
  • STEAM 4: Friday, November 8, 2024
  • STEAM 5: Friday, November 22, 2024
  • STEAM 6: Friday, December 6, 2024
