What is the Prime Time Out-of-School Time (OST) Program Enhancement Grant?
Prime Time is offering QIS participating programs funding to support and enhance their program supplies as they kickstart summer camp activities and/or make plans for fall 2021 programming. Funds are generously provided by the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County.
Who is eligible and what is the funding amount?
Palm Beach County QIS participating programs are eligible to receive up to $1,000 per out-of-school time program (OST)as part of this one-time grant.
How may funds be spent?
Acceptable expenditures include program supplies and electronics that support programming as follows:
- Program Supplies – OST programs may utilize funds for various fun, educational and functional program supplies. Examples include but are not limited to: fun arts/crafts materials, educational curriculums, games, books, sports equipment, engaging activity supplies, musical instruments, personal protective equipment, cleaning supplies and other items.
- Electronics – OST programs may utilize funds for various technology needs. Examples include but are not limited to: televisions, computers, monitors, gaming machines, educational software, video projectors, headphones, external speakers, web cams and similar related hardware.
Monthly or annual internet–based service subscriptions (i.e., Wi-Fi services, Zoom accounts, etc.) are strictly prohibited and not part of this grant.

What happens once I apply?
After you apply, you will receive an immediate confirmation and emailed copy of your application. If there are additional questions, your program will be contacted by Prime Time within three business days. OST programs will be notified of award within five business days along with next steps.
