When Behavior Gets Real: Youth Responsibility  – VIRTUAL

Challenging behavior happens but knowing how to respond can change everything. In this hands-on training, you’ll look beyond the behavior to better understand what youth may be communicating and learn practical ways to respond with confidence, consistency, and connection.

In the second part of this training series, you will explore how mistaken beliefs can influence behavior and practice strategies that help youth build communication, emotional awareness, responsibility, empathy, and problem-solving skills. You’ll leave with a toolkit of ready-to-use strategies that can turn challenging moments into opportunities for learning and growth.

Participants are REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL TRAININGS in the series and complete assignments in between trainings.
