BOYNTON BEACH-- Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking qualified organizations to provide high-quality expanded learning opportunities (ELO) for out-of-school time programs or to deliver train-the-trainer sessions for practitioners serving school-age children and youth of out-of-school time programs in Palm Beach County, Florida for fiscal years 2018-2021. The request for proposal (RFP) will be available on the Prime Time website, https://www.primetimepbc.org/elo-provider-rfp-0 on Friday, February 2, 2018.
A mandatory Pre-proposal Workshop will be held on February 15, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST at the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, 2300 High Ridge Road, Anderson Room, Boynton Beach, Florida 33426.
A Budget Workshop will be offered on March 1, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., and Research and Logic Model Workshop from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Quantum Foundation, 2701 N. Australian Avenue, Suite 200, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33407.
Completed applications are due on or before March 16, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. Any Proposal received after this time and date will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the proposer. Approved programs will result in contracts effective October 1, 2018.
All contact with Prime Time, beginning with release of the RFP and ending with approval by Prime Time’s Board of Directors, shall be only in writing and must be submitted via email to nedwards@www.primetimepbc.org. No phone calls regarding this RFP will be accepted.
