Important Communication Updates and Reminders

This webpage is intended for expanded learning opportunity providers under contract with Prime Time effective October 1, 2025. Providers, organizations, or businesses that are not under contract starting October 1, 2025, as a Prime Time provider is expressly prohibited from using Prime Time’s name, logos, seals or other brand identifiers in any form.

  • All providers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate consent forms from programs that are received from parents/guardians prior to photographing, filming or otherwise recording youth. Consent must be secured before images or videos are captured and must be honored in all uses, including but not limited to promotional, educational or social media purposes. Providers are expected to comply with all applicable privacy laws and Prime Time’s policies regarding media usage.
  • Prime Time is two words when referencing Prime Time Palm Beach County.
  • When referencing your location, remember to add "Afterschool Program." Example: Highland Elementary Afterschool Program
  • Any organization that is not affiliated with Prime Time as a current partner, provider or QIS program is not warranted to use the Prime Time logo, seals or name on any marketing materials. Any reference to Prime Time or use of Prime Time logo or seals must be pre-approved by its Director of Communications prior to being published.

Showcase your partnership with Prime Time by proudly displaying the official Prime Time Expanded Learning Opportunity Provider Seal, a visible symbol of your organization's commitment to providing the highest level of quality OST programming. This seal is to only be used and made visible by current Prime Time ELO providers that are under contract with Prime Time Palm Beach County starting October 1, 2025.

Prime Time Explainer Video

Prime Time Palm Beach County released explainer video in July of 2023 to help in explaining to stakeholders what Prime Time Palm Beach County does and why its work is so important. The video is now reshareable across Prime Time social media channels, with link you can copy and paste:

All publications (e.g., flyers, brochures, presentations, press releases, etc.) related to projects/events funded by Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc., should be reviewed by Prime Time’s Director of Communications kjacob@primetimepbc.org and include the following statement with the Prime Time logo:

[INSERT NAME OF PROJECT/EVENT] is made possible with support from Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc., which receives significant funding for its overall operations from the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County. The Palm Beach County Youth Services Department provides support for Prime Time's Middle School Out-of-School Time Initiative.
