Community Empowerment Program

In partnership with Children Services Council of Palm Beach County and the School District of Palm Beach County, Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc. Community Empowerment Program (CEP) providers will deliver direct service programming to youth residing in Riviera Beach, Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay with varied learning experiences through high-quality enrichment activities that are intended to supplement, not replace, existing out-of-school time programming.

Promoting equity and diversity are important tenets of Prime Time's core values. To that end, the CEP providers will employ culturally competent professionals who understand that supporting children and youth's positive growth and development requires providing what they need when they need it. Providers that embrace equity, diversity, and inclusion allow all children and youth to develop to their full potential.
