Want to meet other teens, build leadership skills, explore careers, and create real change?

Prime Time's Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a community of middle and high school students (ages 12–18) who are ready to turn their ideas into action. Whether you're passionate about mental health, the environment, technology, art, social media, community service, or simply making a difference, there's a place for you here.

📅Meetings are held every other Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. beginning August 25, 2026.

➡️No experience is required, just bring your ideas, curiosity, and willingness to make an impact.

Our Youth Empowerment Specialists work alongside your staff to:

Strengthen youth voice, choice, and leadership opportunities.
Support youth-led planning and decision-making.
Increase engagement, belonging, and program participation.
Connect youth to leadership development, career exploration, internships, and community service opportunities.
Provide coaching and resources that help programs create authentic youth-adult partnerships.
