Anton Spalding

Driven by a passion for innovation, strategic thinking and meaningful impact, Anton has worked in the youth development field for more than 20 years. Throughout his career, he has served as an educator, visual artist, mentor, trainer and program coordinator, supporting young people, out-of-school-time professionals and community members. Anton is an alumnus of the Rising Leaders nonprofit leadership program and earned a bachelor's degree in graphic design, with a minor in English, from Florida Atlantic University. Outside of work, Anton enjoys art, nature and exploring new culinary experiences. He also volunteers as an educator, designs games and competes in pickleball.
