Paola Cedeno

A dedicated member of the Prime Time Palm Beach County team for more than two decades, Paola Cedeño is a trusted resource, collaborative problem-solver and steadfast supporter of colleagues and community partners. Throughout her tenure, she has served in a variety of roles, developing extensive knowledge of the organization's programs, operations and impact on the out-of-school-time community. Paola brings more than 25 years of professional experience and an Associate of Science degree in legal studies from South University to her role.

Her expertise in organizational systems, data management and relationship building enables her to provide the operational leadership that supports Prime Time's mission and strengthens its work across the community. As data and events manager, Paola oversees organizational data systems and processes, leads the planning and execution of events, and provides essential operational support that helps staff and partners succeed. Outside of work, Paola enjoys spending time with her family, especially her sons. She loves dancing, exploring nature and embracing new adventures, from thrill rides to discovering new places.
