Signature Practices That Build Youth Engagement and Belonging – VIRTUAL

Wondering how to make real connections with youth in a variety of settings? In this hands-on training, you’ll discover simple routines that transform everyday activities into experiences where youth feel welcomed, connected, and excited to participate. Practice easy-to-use signature practices, including welcoming rituals, engaging transitions, brain breaks, and meaningful closings, that can be incorporated into any afterschool or summer activity. You’ll leave with ready-to-use templates, lesson planning tools, and practical strategies to create a program culture where every young person feels like they belong.
