This year Digital Vibez kicked off its 11th annual KidsFit Jamathon on Friday, July 22, 2022, in the Glades and Thursday, July 28, 2022, at the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach. Digital Vibez invites Palm Beach County summer camps to an innovative, interactive, concert-like experience for youth that motivates and inspires them to dance, stay fit, and live healthy lives! There is no charge to summer camps or youth attending.
This annual summer wellness/fitness event offers a professional concert atmosphere with music, dance performances, amazing sound, stage and lighting. Raffles, prizes, trophies, and ribbons are given so the youth are encouraged to move and participate. There are opportunities for the youth to be in the spotlight on stage and to participate in the acclaimed dance contest. The winning site of the dance contest receives $750!
This conglomeration of activities encourages youth to adopt healthy behaviors to help combat childhood obesity while doing something they love. Sponsors included: Prime Time Palm Beach County, Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, Palm Beach County Youth Services, Palm Health Foundation, United Way, Crazy Games, Eat Better Live Better, Cultural Council, Quantum, FPL and local supermarkets.
