Self-Care 101: Introduction to Mindfulness

What do Simone Biles and Shaquille O’Neal have in common? They both worked with mindfulness coaches to get to the top of their sport.  

Of course, mindfulness is good for more than just sports. It can also help you in school, business and at home, with friends and family.  

Join Show and Heal to learn about the basics of mindfulness, the benefits, and how to generate the energy of mindfulness in you and around you. In this workshop, you’ll experience mindful movement and stillness practices. After session you’ll receive resources and tools to support mindfulness as well as other self-care practices
