Scratch Discovery: Animate a Character
Scratch is a free programming language and online community where you can create your own interactive stories, games, and animations. In activity three, Animate a Character, you will use Scratch to animate a character and bring it to life! You will learn how to make your character say something, move around, or do whatever else you can imagine.
An instructor from Green Mouse Academy will be on-hand and ready to help with anything you need during the posted tutorials. We will be able to answer any questions and/or help with the set-up of your computer/tablet. If you are an afterschool director or practitioner, we can also help offer tips regarding the setup of your classroom for this activity. We are available from Monday-Thursday from 11:00am – 12:00pm for live help at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our office at 561-630-6549.
