Description: Participants will practice mindful eating by using their 5 senses in this activity and learn a greeting in a different language.

Materials/Documents: None; however, if this activity is scheduled during snack time, use their actual snack instead of imagining a favorite food. A food snack, Paper, crayons, or markers.
