Heart in Motion

Learn all about the heart as we discuss the structure, function, and importance of this vital organ. We will finish up this session with some cardiovascular movements and a homemade pulse meter.  

Materials needed: 

  • Play-doh or modeling clay,
  • Toothpick,
  • Time/stopwatch
