A growth mindset means that we are open to new ideas. That is all you need to pursue a healthy and happy life. This week we will practice some very simple mindfulness techniques and learn about some surprising plants that you wouldn’t think would be good for us!
Food forest friend Jon Embden and the Health Freakz will be here to teach us about Sea Moss and the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Sea Moss has an interesting history and amazing health benefits! We will learn about this plant and others that help us live healthy lives!
