Caring for our Body through Food! 

Have you ever heard the expression you are what you eat? Our bodies are constantly making new cells using the energy it gets from the food we eat. So, it’s true! We do our best to make healthy choices when we eat so that our body gets all it needs to do its job!  

Chef Ryann knows all about healthy eating and the amazing benefits it has on our bodies! This week she is going to share some of her famous smoothie recipes and show us how we can all make them at home! Yum!!
