Prime Time Palm
Beach County is a non-profit organization dedicated to
improving the quality of afterschool programs throughout
Palm Beach County and increasing access to youth development
opportunities.
Prime Time is
seeking to fill the following positions:
|
A Director of Development to manage
the research, planning, writing and submission of
funding requests to foundations and other funding
entities as well as follow-up reporting of all
agency grants.
Generates revenues for agency programs and services
through timely submission of well-researched,
well-written and well-documented fundraising
proposals.
Works closely with staff in developing funding
strategies and researches and identifies potential
prospects.
Serves as the primary writer, researcher and
administrator of grant proposals.
Tracks all grant production, follow-up activity and
stewardship on behalf of Prime Time.
Serves as a liaison to all funding agencies or
organizations.
Responsible for reporting data on the performance of
program activities that are funded by public and
private sources with support from the director of
research and evaluation.
Management and execution of fundraising events and
activities.
Minimum Requirements:
B.A., B.S. or M.A. in related discipline,
supplemented by a minimum of five years experience
and a proven track record in grant writing and
program development. Knowledge of afterschool or
youth development a plus.
Related Skills or Knowledge:
Candidate will possess exceptional writing and
editing skills, as well as experience and proven
success in fund development, data collection, report
writing, and basic research and evaluation
techniques. |
